Rainy Leg, Underworld, Kneecap and Extra to Headline

Rainy Leg, Underworld, Kneecap, TV on The Radio and Beth Gibbons had been introduced as headliners for Wales’ Inexperienced Guy competition this summer time (Aug. 14-17).
